Having been taken off Roundhouse Way, there is no way back onto it. The cycle path disappears into the estate without continuing up the road. The worst of both worlds, a complete absence of joined up thinking.
Crossing of an excessively wide estate access road. From the road layout here there is little question of how these new residents will get about - they will all be driving, what incentive is there to do anything else ?
Unnecessarily bad visibilty on the corner. Solution: Bring the cycle path AWAY from the hedge so that you can take a wider sweep around it and allow people to see anybody coming the other way.

The A47 roundabout approach, not very inviting, and only serves the route that it wants you to go on. If you are heading somewhere different then tough. This is a very unfriendly environment for cycling.
These crossing points will be unacceptable once this area is developed and these roundabout arms are carrying significant volumes of traffic.
The cycle path goes to pieces at the roundabout, having to stop and give way at each of the radial arms. This will become considerably more awkward once the surrounding area is developed.
The mouth of Colney Lane is unnecessarily wide, encouraging traffic to enter and leave at speed. Visibility as you approach from the east is very poor and the interface is awkward.

Something that you should never see on a cycle route - you do not need to dismount to cross, join or leave a road.
Neat merge from service road to cycle path. The bollard position could be improved though. The footway conversion is repeatedly obstructed by parked vehicles here.
